I have followed NikkiTutorials for YEARS.
Nikki is just about the best thing to hit the makeup vlogging world. She is so knowledgeable, and her makeup looks and techniques are near flawless.
Not to mention, she is GORGEOUS, and I want to be her.
In a vlog, posted on YouTube on January 13, Nikki made the hard choice to come out to the world as a Transgender female.

“The number one thing growing up,” she says, “that I think I’m thankful for, is my mom.” It was crucial that she had support early on, and she had that in her mother.
She goes on to say that she had very understanding teachers and adults in her life to surround her with acceptance.

She says he was great, and fully supportive. But, her private life is going to remain private.
I, at the end of the day, am still Nikki, and nothing changes about that. The number one thing on my channel, is my love for makeup, and the reason why the “Trans” part of me never got to the light was because I wanted my channel to be about my art.NikkiTutorials
Why did she decide today was the day to come out? She says she was blackmailed by hatefully people, who wanted to ruin her. She wanted to tell her story before it was “leaked” out of evil and hatred. Don’t worry, she has a message for those people —
We still love you, Nikki! Nothing has changed, girl!
