Now, this threat is for ALL Chrome users, regardless of what kind of computer or operating system you use.

Luckily, there is an easy way to help protect against these security threats, and you should do it IMMEDIATELY.

Here is how to update Chrome to the newest version

Get on your computer and follow these simple directions.

Go into the Chrome Settings on your computer.

Click on About Google Chrome. If your version of the Chrome browser is listed as 93.0.4577.63 or any version above you don’t have to do anything else. You are safe.

If you are using a version of Chrome before 93.0.4577.63, the About screen should go ahead and prompt you to update and restart your browser. Do it. Don’t wait. Do it now.

Attacks on Chrome continue to grow as its market position strengthens and it has never been more essential to keep your browser up-to-date at all times.

Go protect your computer, and here’s a pro tip: don’t click on any links or fill out information that you are not sure of. Hackers are getting hella good at tricking users into downloading things that they shouldn’t.

Be careful.
