Jeremy Renner Undergoes Surgery For His Injuries That Occurred While Plowing Snow
Turns out, Jeremy Renner’s “weather related” accident was from an incident that occurred while he was plowing snow in Nevada.
As we reported Sunday night, Jeremy was hospitalized and in critical condition after suffering blunt chest trauma.
He also suffered “orthopedic injuries,” according to a spokesperson for Mr. Renner.
I’m guessing that means he has a few broken bones, but we can’t be sure.
Poor guy! What an awful way to start the new year!
According to a news release from Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, the WCSO Responded to a “traumatic injury” Involving Jeremy Renner on New Year’s Day.
Jeremy had to undergo 2 surgeries because of the incident, and he “remains in the intensive care unit in critical but stable condition.”
Jeremy’s family would like to express their gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, Washoe County Sheriff, Reno City Mayor Hillary Schieve and the Carano and Murdock families.

Apparently, his injuries are pretty extensive.
According to CNN, Jeremy’s family is going to release a statement sometime this evening with more details about what happened and the status of his injuries.
As of now, we can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather related accident while plowing snow earlier today — His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.
