Krispy Kreme just made the best doughnuts for Summer!

The doughnut shop has added an entire collection of ice cream truck themed doughnuts for the summer and I have to try them all!

With flavors inspired by some of my childhood favorites… like Popsicle and Good Humor’s products, these are sure to be amazing!

The new doughnuts come in 3 flavors that are totally inspired by your favorite ice cream truck frozen treats.

The one I am looking forward to trying the most is the Popsicle® Firecracker™ Inspired Doughnut!

This is made with an Original Glazed® doughnut that has been dipped in Popsicle® Firecracker™ flavored icing with blue raspberry sugar, and then they top it with Popsicle® Firecracker™ flavored Kreme™ and original Kreme.

The Vanilla King Cone Inspired Doughnut is perfect for those that love a good vanilla ice cream in a sugar cone.

This doughnut is filled with vanilla custard Kreme™, then dipped in chocolate icing, after that they top it with sugar cone pieces, and chopped peanuts, then they finish it up with chocolate icing drizzled over it.

Should a doughnut really taste like a Creamsicle? Yes. Yes it should. And we didn’t stop there as we doughnutized some of America’s favorite frozen treats this summer.
