I like to breathe. I like to sleep. Heck, I like to breathe when I sleep. That’s not always the case when it comes to my husband because you see, whenever he gets the cold or flu, he gets really sick and has a hard time breathing or sleeping. So since I am a good wife, I make these Night Time Bath Salts to encourage a better sleep for him and support better breathing habits. How you ask? Oh because I am magic. Just kidding, it’s through my use of essential oils silly!
