Mark Cuban From Shark Tank Has Decided To Stop Playing The National Anthem At Dallas Mavericks Games
Mark Cuban, the fierce shark from the popular entrepreneurial show ‘Shark Tank’, has decided to make a bold statement on the basketball court.

The billionaire entrepreneur has officially made the decision to omit the National Anthem at home games when the Dallas Mavericks step onto the court and according to a team spokesperson, this is for the foreseeable future.
So far, Mark Cuban has stayed silent on his decision.
In fact, the NBA team hasn’t played the National Anthem for 11 straight games and according to other reports, Cuban told the players of his decision before the season even started.
The Dallas Mavericks decided to welcome fans back for the first time on Monday including 1,500 vaccinated essential workers to watch a few sneakers squeak on the court.
It looks like Mark’s decision will have some controversy as the NBA anthem policy states:
“Players, coaches and trainers must stand and line up in a dignified posture along the foul lines during the playing of the American and/or Canadian national anthems.”
Although this isn’t the first time sports teams have decided to nix the National Anthem or take a knee on the field, court, turf or rink.
