It’s 2020, what do you expect? Pretty much everything is being pushed out and affected in some way by the pandemic. From our jobs, school, sports, entertainment… everything is affected.

Marvel

‘Black Widow’, ‘Eternals’, and ‘Shag-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ from Marvel have all had their release dates pushed out, way out… like pretty far into 2021! A lot of the delays are due to theaters being closed for so long this year.

I can’t even remember the last time I went to a movie theater, can you? I’m pretty sure that ours are open, but they are still suffering because most people just are not going out to the movies right now.

‘Black Widow’ and ‘Eternals‘ both are delayed by a full year from the original release dates. ‘Black Widow’ is now scheduled to release on May 7th, 2021. ‘Eternals’ is scheduled to release on November 5th, 2021. ‘Shag-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ will now release on July 9th, 2021.

Disney+ has already pushed the release of ‘The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’ out to 2021. However, the did say that ‘WandaVision‘ will still release this year, most likely in December 2021. Possibly Christmas!

Marvel

This is the first year since 2009 that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has not released a movie! Freaking 2020… Let’s hope 2021 is the best year ever for all of us!
