How To Make Super Simple Macaroni Casserole You Can Eat Anytime Of Year

My grandmother used to make this macaroni dish for EVERY SINGLE holiday that the whole family celebrated together.

I have tweaked it over the years, and it has only improved in flavor. My kids actually beg for this dish, and they don’t eat ANYTHING!!

The green chiles and the garlic clove are my secret additions, and now I won’t make this dish without adding these ingredients to the mix.

If you don’t know what green chiles are, you can get them right on the Walmart website.
