This Aquarium Allowed Their Penguins To Go On A “Field Trip” To Meet Other Animals and It’s Adorable
Who doesn’t love penguins? They are absolutely adorable! And during these rough times, we have a treat for you.
The Shedd Aquarium in Chicago is currently closed due to the outbreak. But that hasn’t stopped them from having a little fun!
Meet Edward and Annie, two of the penguins who are currently having the time of their lives roaming the Aquarium.
Without guests being able to come to the Aquarium, the employees are trying to come up with creative ways to entertain the animals during this time.
The adventure continues! ??

This morning, Edward and Annie explored Shedd’s rotunda. They are a bonded pair of rockhopper penguins, which means they are together for nesting season. Springtime is nesting season for penguins at Shedd, and this year is no different! (1/3) ? pic.twitter.com/VdxN3oQAfe
Knowing that many kids are stuck at home right now, the employees of the Aquarium also took the time to document the penguins’ adventure for you to watch from home!
In a time where everything seems a little scary, or even uncertain, it’s great to see people going out of their way to bring some joy to the internet.
Please bring them to the otters. The internet would lose its mind.

Now we await to see if the penguins get to meet some otters! That would make my dreams come true
