This Tree Farm Is Giving Away Christmas Trees For Families In Need

A local tree farm is giving back because well, 2020 has been a whirlwind of stress and the holidays are basically the gravy on top of the mashed potatoes.

So in order to relieve some of that stress that comes right around during the holidays, those who are in need can a Christmas tree for free.

Troy’s Landscaping Supply Company located in Cohoes New York, explained that 2020 has been a difficult year for many, so the company decided to do something about it.

Any family or individual who is need of a Christmas tree this year can stop by when the gate is open, pick out a tree and get it for free.

The company will also give the tree the usual trimming of a fresh cut and tie it on top of the car for safe travels, no questions asked.

“If we could help spread some Christmas cheer around town and give out some trees to people in need and help complete the Christmas spirit, we would love to help,” Michael Hover with the company said to ABC10 News.
