Ladies and Gentlemen (Do boys even read my blog?) I have finished my first doodling class project! Here it is in all its glory! Oh, I hope it isn’t too out of the box! I hope it is just the right amount of ‘in the box, while dancing around on the outer edges’ for everyone! I turned it in tonight and the owner seemed pleased, so that is a good thing, right? Now, just to find out if I can actually TEACH it hehe… It can’t be harder than teaching someone to read, right? I mean… all these people will at least be able to read the instructions I hand them if nothing else… so there is that…. 🙂 The big thing I am really worried about is the times… I am hoping that I can keep it within the allotted times, and not be too under or too over… I am thinking that will be the hardest part… because I have never taught before, I don’t really know how to gage that sort of thing… I guess that will just be trial and error though… since I really have no other way of knowing. 🙂 Now to write out the instructional hand out… I kind of wrote one while I was making it… so I just need to cut and paste from there… 🙂

so… whaddaya think?

  1. From being in art class for… FOREVER 😀 That after you “learn” how to do something… you work on your artisticness to perfect it. 🙂 Just give them a lot of time to be artistic… or whatev.. and yeah.. 🙂 That’ll take up some time.

  2. OMG! I LOVE it! You’ll do fine – practice a few times and all will be well! Oh, I wish I could take this class – it looks great!

  3. learning how to use the time you have is definitely one of the hardest parts of teaching! If you’re really anxious about it, you could get a few friends together and teach them the class so that you could see where you need to adjust your pacing. Good luck—your project is awesome!
