Zac Efron Is Single Once Again And Is "Relieved" About His Breakup With Vanessa Valladares

Yikes! Nothing is worse than an ex saying they are “relieved” to have broken up with you.

That one just stings a little like salt on a wound.

And that is exactly what happened with Zac Efron and his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Valladares.

Last year news broke that Zac Efron had found love down under (while living in Australia) and was happy.

His relationship with Vanessa Valladares seemed move fast and they were soon living together.

They had been together for 10 months but then, like all good things, their relationship came to an end.

And according to reports, Zac is quite relieved to be out of his relationship. Yikes!

A source close to Zac told Us Weekly, “Zac is about to start a busy year of filming and wanted to make a clean break now,” adding that the couple were living together near Byron Bay in a place Zac was paying for.

Apparently, Zac is about to leave Australia for Canada to work on Firestarter with Anne Hathaway for a full two months, leaving Vanessa in the home by herself which, apparently “wasn’t going to work for him.”

So, why not take Vanessa with him?

Well, apparently that wouldn’t work either…

Vanessa wouldn’t be able to travel with Zac due to Covid restrictions, and he is “secretly relieved about this turn of events as he feels she would be a distraction to him during the filming of the intense drama.”
