OMG. I made this recipe for dinner tonight, and had to come tell you about it IMMEDIATELY. It was so good. There was not a single leftover, and that NEVER happens around my house!

I just grabbed what I had in the kitchen, and whipped up this Lemon Pepper Chicken because my chicken was about to hit it’s expiration date.

It was so easy — a little TOO easy. I was so afraid it wouldn’t turn out good, but OMG!! I might make this again tomorrow!!

I used chicken tenders for this recipe, but you could totally substitute them out for boneless skinless chicken breasts. Just adjust the time a little, and make sure the chicken comes to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

How To Make 4 Ingredient Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Tenders, White Tendon Removed
  • 1 Juiced Lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning, I used Trader Joe’s
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Juice the lemon into a cup, and pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning evenly over the chicken. Shake the salt sparingly over the chicken. Place the chicken on a grill or grill pan.

Cook chicken for about 8 minutes per side — make sure the juices run clear, and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.

THAT’S IT!! I served it up with some french fries that I made in the air fryer, and a quick salad that I threw together on the side.

Serve the chicken with a lemon wedge on the side. You can squeeze the lemon over the chicken to give it even more of a lemony pop.

Hint: squeeze the lemon over the salad, too. YUM!
