A Moana Attraction Is Coming To Disney World, And I Can Hardly Wait!
We’ve been anxiously hoping and waiting, and it’s finally happening!!
Moana is getting her own attraction at Disney World!!
Our love for Moana is as deep as the sea itself, and we’re super stoked she is getting her own attraction at Epcot Center.
The artist rendering of the Moana attraction, to be called Journey of Water, shows several gorgeous waterfalls cascading down a rocky formation, which appears to mark the entrance of what looks to be beautiful walking trails. The Moana logo can be seen front and center behind the water on the cliffs of the rocky ledges.
It was announced at the 2019 D23 Expo that the attraction is going to be a walkthrough, water-maze type attraction. Guests will get to interact with what the Disney Parks Blog is referring to as “living water.”
Now, I’m not 100% sure what that means. But, let’s be honest. It’s Disney, so it is going to be breathtaking and magical!
The Moana attraction is part of a park-wide transformation that is happening for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World in 2021.
Just go ahead and sign me up now. I want to be first in line!
