Here’s How To Make Your Own All-Natural Mosquito Repellent Jar Using Just 5-Ingredients
Mosquitos make the Summer season dreadful.

Nothing is worse than waking up in the morning and realizing you have five bug bites from the night before.

They’re itchy and unappealing. Not to mention, those viruses you can contract from mosquitos – no thanks!
Bug repellent works great until it wears off but it feels super sticky when you spray the first layer on. I always feel like I need a shower right after I apply it.

So instead of spraying layer after layer of bug spray, there’s an all natural mosquito repellant and it might be the next best solution.

The best part is, this only requires 5 ingredients AND they are items you likely already have at home.
How To Make Your Own All Natural Mosquito Repellant Jar
What You’ll Need:
- Fresh Lime
- Fresh Lemon
- Fresh Bundle of Rosemary
- Lemon Eucalyptus Oil
- Water
- Candle
- Glass Cup, Mason Jar or Vase
Start by cutting slices of your lemon and lime. I like to use rounds because they are easier to place inside the cup.

In a glass cup or candle holder, add the Lemon, Lime, 5 sprigs of freshy Rosemary, 9 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus oil and fill the remaining space with water.
Make sure to place a floating tea candle at the top and you now have an army of active ingredients that will ward of mosquitoes.

According to the CDC, Lemon Eucalyptus Oil is recommended as an effective ingredient for a natural bug repellent.
You can find the essential oil, here.
So when the heat sets in and the mosquitoes start buzzing, remember this quick recipe for sweet relief this Summer.
