Looking for something to do to get your concert fix? With canceled concerts and events due to the coronavirus pandemic, it has left so many of us so very bored.

Well, Garth Brooks came up with something cool!

He is performing a live concert that will be live-streamed at about 300 drive-in theaters in North America! This is for one night only, so if you are a Garth Brooks fan, you do not want to miss this experience!

Encore Live

The event will take place on June 27th, so mark your calendar. Notice I didn’t say clear it, I’m sure most of you don’t have anything scheduled…I mean is there even anything else going on?

I am so excited to get to play again. I have missed it so much and want to get back to it. This drive-in concert allows us all to get back to playing live music without the uncertainty of what would be the result to us as a community. This is old school, new school, and perfect for the time we are in.

Garth Brooks said in a statement on his website.

You can view the complete list of locations on encorelive.com. You can also register a drive-in theater for the event there as well! Tickets for this event will go sale on Friday, June 19th!

The organizers for the event said that this concert will happen rain or shine, so no worries about any cancelation. It is also said that the ticket price will be $100 per car or truck and they will be following CDC guidelines.

You can also find more information about this event on the TicketMaster website!

So what do you think? Are you planning to load up the car or truck with all of your friends (includes as many people as there are legal seatbelts, but a max of 6 people) and check it out? It will definitely be a different concert experience, but I’m always down for new things!
