Johnny Depp’s Debut Art Collection Sold Out in Just Hours For Nearly $4 Million

Johnny Depp is a man of many talents, from acting, to singing, to playing music, and even art!

Johnny recently had his artwork debuted at Castle Fine Art, which is a U.K.-based art retailer.

The debut art collection is titled ‘Friends & Heroes’  and his artwork sold out in less than a day, just hours actually!

There were 780 prints listed in the art debut that is a pop art-style and included portraits of Al Pacino. Bob Dylan, Elizabeth Taylor, and Keith Richards.

These are all people who have inspired Johnny Depp as a person.

Each image is an intimate reflection of their character in Johnny’s eyes; a portrayal of how they have revealed themselves to him.

The portraits are limited-edition and are silk-screen prints that were sold individually, or as a box set.

The box set has 4 prints and sold for $15,040, while a single print portrait was listed for sale at $3,973.

The known sale number at this time for Johnny Depp’s art was 3 million pounds which convert to $3.6 million in U.S. dollars!

I’ve always used art to express my feelings and to reflect on those who matter most to me, like my family, friends and people I admire. My paintings surround my life, but I kept them to myself and limited myself. No one should ever limit themselves.
