The Trailer For Netflix’s New Post-Apocalyptic Movie Made Me Feel Anxious
Netflix has a new post-apocalyptic movie on the way called ‘Awake’ and they just released the trailer!
Post-apocalyptic movies are my favorite after horror movies, even my service dog is named ‘Imperator Furiosa’ from ‘Mad Max’.
I even read post-apocalyptic books, if you’re not into that stuff, then it may seem weird to you.
There have been movies where people couldn’t open their eyes outside, and movies where they couldn’t make a sound.
Now they can’t sleep.
Like, they literally can’t fall asleep, it’s not that someone said you must stay awake.
Something crazy happens and then nobody can manage to fall asleep, and we all know what happens when people don’t sleep.
The new Netflix film is from Mark Raso and it starts with an event that wipes out the earth’s entire electrical grid!
Even all of the cars just stop working like with an EMP.
The humans suddenly can’t sleep and chaos ensues!
However, there is one child that can sleep and her name is Matilda.
After a global event wipes out humanity’s ability to sleep, a troubled ex-soldier fights to save her family as society and her mind spiral into chaos.
