Seriously, if you are a Paul Rudd fan, and you are into beards, this is for you!

Earlier today, I saw a post going around on Facebook that was a picture of Paul Rudd ROCKING a full beard and OMG it was everything I needed to see today.

Seriously, today has been a DAY and I’ve been ready to throw in the towel but if he can rock a beard like this and give me that extra dose of dopamine, I think I’ll be just FINE.

I mean, Daaaayuuummmm! I am a girl that LOVES beards (so much in fact, I told my husband he can never ever shave ha!).

And here’s the thing, I adore Paul Rudd as an actor and person. He is just amazing all around but he can sure rock that beard and I am forever grateful.
