Move Over Tomatoes, Grillo’s Pickles Makes A Salsa Made With Pickles As Their Main Ingredient
Chips and salsa will never go out of style; there’s just something about a crunchy chip paired with the smooth taste of a spicy tomato dip that is so satisfying.
With that being said, there’s always room for improvement and if you like change, well, how does chips and salsa turned into Pickle de Gallo sound to you and no, I didn’t say “pico”.
Grillo’s pickles serves up a mean salsa that can be spread on a turkey club sandwich, a hot dog, tacos or of course, dipped with chips and they’re calling this dip, Grillo’s Pickle de Gallo.
As you can tell by the name, this salsa combines cucumber brine (water, distilled white vinegar, salt), instead of tomatoes. There’s also yellow onions, red bell peppers, and garlic added in for flavor!
The dip comes in mild, medium and hot varieties for the person who loves spice or for the individual who prefers a little less burning on their tongue.
You can find Pickle De Gallo at Target, Publix, Instacart, Kroger, Stop & Shop, Harris Teeter, and Giant if you suddenly have a hankering for pickles because I wouldn’t blame you if you did.
