I am so sad to hear that Ruth Bader Ginsburg, The Amazing Woman Behind Gender Equality, Has Died.
The news broke when the U.S. Supreme Court announced her death, saying the cause was complications from metastatic cancer of the pancreas.
“Our nation has lost a justice of historic stature,” Chief Justice John Roberts said. “We at the Supreme Court have lost a cherished colleague. Today we mourn but with confidence that future generations will remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg as we knew her, a tired and resolute champion of justice.”

Can we also just say, f*** cancer? I mean it’s awful and takes way too many good people in this world.
In case you didn’t know, Ruth is/was an ICON.
Since her time in office, she has been one of the supreme court’s most brilliant liberal wing members. She was our voice on some of the toughest and most controversial topics such as abortion rights, same-sex marriage, voting rights, immigration, health care and affirmative action.
She was AMAZING.
The world has lost an incredible woman and hero. I am so sad to hear of her passing!
If you can be like anyone in life, be a Ruth Bader.
