The sequel has been finished, and it will drop into stores on November 24th — just in time for the holidays!

Woot woot. I know what is going in my husband’s stocking. He LOVED the original Ready Player One. He said it was as readable as the Twilight series, or The Hunger Games Saga. It was a total page turner.

No details about the plot have been leaked, but that’s not going to keep the hoards of people waiting for its arrival.

You may have seen the Ready Player One movie that was release in 2018. People are saying that it was good, but the book is sooooo much better — which tends to be the way of things, right?

Ernest Cline, the author of Ready Player One, says he started writing Ready Player Two as they were making the movie for the first book.

Cline went on to explain that he had always planned on writing more books on the series, even before the movie’s success.

While we are on the subject of books, librarians have a PSA for the general public. Do Not Microwave Your Library Books.
