‘The Flash’ And ‘Aquaman’ Have New Release Dates And It’s Going To Be Awhile

The Flash and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom have been delayed, which pushes their releases into 2023.

I was so excited to spend my holidays watching the DC family of films. *Sad Face* We were originally told that The Flash would come out in November, followed by a release date in December for Aquaman.

The studio even teased us — just last month — by releasing a trailer that included the films in their 2022 movies, but it’s not to be for The Flash and Aquaman.

The Warner Bros. “sizzle reel” shows mere seconds of the upcoming films, but it’s enough to make me want to run to the theater, buy my popcorn and coke, and wait for them to start playing!

You can go to any timeline, any universe. Why fight for this one?

The Flash

The Flash stars Ezra Miller as The Flash, who appears to play two alternate reality versions of the character.

Other actors that I can’t wait to see in this film are Ben Affleck AND Michael Keaton — both as Batman / Bruce Wayne.

Aquaman features, of course, Jason Momoa. *Can’t Wait!!*

What can be greater than a king? A hero.

Jason Momoa isn’t the only star of Aquaman. He will star alongside Nicole Kidman, Amber Heard, Patrick Wilson and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

I guess we can wait — rather impatiently — for the new release dates. Even if we pout the whole time.

The Flash is set to hit theaters June 23, 2023, while Aquaman‘s new release date is March 17, 2023.
