‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Manga is Coming To Cracker Barrel and I’m So Excited!
Manga and Cracker Barrel seem like such an odd combination, but it’s ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ so I think it would do well anywhere.
The book publishers known as Tokyopop are planning on bringing the manga adaption of ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ to Cracker Barrel stores.
The storefront selections are normally filled with farmhouse-style decor, candles, soaps, clothing, old-fashioned candies, and even fun retro-style toys.
‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ movie was released in theaters back in 1993, and quickly grew its cult-like fan base.
It’s now 2021 and the movie is just as popular now, if not even more so.
Pretty much anything that comes out that is ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas themed sells out.
The manga version of ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas was first released in 2017 by Jun Asuka.
Jack Skellington is the Pumpkin King, the ruler of Halloween Town and master of all things creepy and spooky. But he’s tired of his life in the shadows and longs for something new. When he accidentally stumbles upon Christmas Town, he decides this is the perfect chance to try his hand at a brand new holiday and is convinced he’ll have the world yelling “Scary Christmas”! With the young patchwork doll Sally trying to dissuade him and the evil Oogie Boogie waiting in the wings to take over Halloween Town in Jack’s absence, he’d better hurry if he wants to get his plan in place by December 25th!

I’m still trying to figure out what sparked the partnership between Cracker Barrel and Tokyopop, but hey… if it works, cool!
