There Will Be A Special Tribute To Chadwick Boseman on ABC Following ‘Black Panther’ Tonight

Sadly, earlier this week ‘Black Panther’ star, Chadwick Boseman, passed away. He was only 43 years old. He had fought a 4 year battle with colon cancer that he fought privately.

Chadwick Boseman was the star of the 2018 superhero ‘Black Panther’ movie. It was the first of its kind and centered on Black characters. The actor and his character were well-loved and the film was a huge hit.

Chadwick Boseman also played James Brown in “Get On Up,” and Thurgood Marshall in “Marshall”!

Tonight there will be a special airing that honors Chadwick Boseman. ABC News, Marvel Studios, ABC Entertainment have announced the special that will air after ‘Black Panther’ makes its ABC debut at 8 p.m ET. The film will be a commercial-free airing.

After the movie, fans will be able to watch the ABC News special that will air at 10:20 p.m ET. The special is called ‘Chadwick Boseman – A Tribute for a King’.

The special will celebrate his life, accomplishments, career, and legacy. Tributes have poured in from all over. Those tributes from friends, costars, fans, and more will also be featured in the special to celebrate his life and memory.
