We have been baking a lot over here at my house. I’ve probably gained several pounds, but it is what it is. My youngest daughter has been making a lot of cookies.

So the coolest thing about this Peanut Butter Cookie recipe is that it doesn’t require flour! People are having a tough time finding it right now because everyone is stress baking and also needing to bake bread.

The recipe was posted to TikTok and went viral, but has somehow since disappeared. The video was posted to @foodies Tik Tok account.

The recipe only has 5 ingredients! As I said, the bonus is that it doesn’t need flour!

  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350°. You will need to grease 2 baking sheets or you can line the cookie sheets with parchment paper.

2. Mix the sugar, peanut butter, egg, and baking soda together in a bowl. Once it is mixed well, add the chocolate chips. Carefully fold them into the mixture.

3. You should be able to divide the cookie dough into 12 balls. Place them on the cookie sheets.

4. Bake in your preheated oven until done, which will take 10-12 minutes. They will be golden brown.

5. Let the cookies cool 5 about minutes before removing them from the cookie sheets. You can then place them on wire racks to cool completely.

Super simple and even Gluten-free! This is pretty much a no-fail recipe. So even if you are not great at baking, you should be able to pull this off!

They would go great with a creamy Dalgona coffee! I’m pretty addicted to this coffee right now. There is even a peanut butter version!
