Here Is The First Teaser Trailer For The New ‘Chucky’ TV Series
Oh, hell to the no. When I was growing up, one thing scared me more than any other thing on the planet — or in the supernatural realm, as the case may be.
That one thing was CHUCKY. Yep, that murderous doll. The little guy that just keeps on coming, just keeps on killing.
Well, lucky me, there is now going to be a Chucky TV Series. Kill me now. I mean, DON’T kill me now!! Gah!
Production on this show — that is sure to be a cult hit, much like the Chucky movies — wrapped BEFORE everything shut down for the coronavirus, so it looks like it’s all things go.
The show is set to premier in 2021, and it will find its home on both the SYFY Channel and the USA Network.
Oh, good. Double the fun.
In charge of this project is the original writer of the Chucky films, Don Mancini, so you KNOW the show is going to be just as great as the original films!
Brad Dourif is returning as the voice of Chucky — as he has done for all the other franchise films.
With this TV show, our mission has been to preserve the straightforward scariness of the original film or the first couple of films, but at the same time, continue on with this ever-expanding tapestry of consistent story that we’ve spun over the course of seven movies and 30-some years.

I think fans are really gonna love to see the new characters that we introduce into this realm and just to see how they came off of our classic characters. Not just Chucky, but some of the others that you may be hoping to see. There’s a good chance they may turn up.

After a vintage Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begin to expose the town’s hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies and allies from Chucky’s past threatens to expose the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins as a seemingly ordinary child who somehow became this notorious monster.
