At tonight’s Emmy Awards Show, Mr. Levy won his first award in nearly 40 years for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, and it’s about dang time!! He has been so deserving, and we are ecstatic he won!

We couldn’t be happier for him, and the ENTIRE cast of Schitt’s Creek, who collectively SWEPT the comedy category, taking home SEVEN awards!!

You see, I told you I was good!! — I guess it’s kind of ironical that the straightest role I’ve ever played lands me an Emmy for a comedy performance. So I now seriously need to question just what I’ve been doing for the past 50 years.

Eugene’s win came in between Catherine O’Hara’s win for Best Actress in a Comedy Series —

And son, and co-creator of Schitt’s Creek, Daniel Levy’s.

There is no ‘Ew-David’ up in here tonight!! Only CONGRATULATIONS!!!
