Financial Experts have spoken… The generation of adults born in the 1980s and early 90s (also known as Millennials) are being recognized for being the most broke generation…

While this isn’t something to celebrate nor is it exciting, it’s something worth talking about!

“The 1980s (generation) is at greatest risk of becoming a “lost generation” for wealth accumulation.”

The Demographics of Wealth

I’m sorry. What? Yep. We are the brokest of broke.

Thank you, recession, student loans, and that damn housing bubble. We have also had to try and raise a family during these hard times. Raising a family ain’t cheap!

The good news is, we are also the most educated generation. We, at least, have that going for us. We can step into a job roll that requires our skilled educations.

But, I will tell you from experience — sometimes this can backfire. We are also OVERQUALIFIED for many job positions. It can be extremely difficulty to find a position that matches our education level.

Is there a light at the end of the tunnel for us? Um — well — the good thing is, we have time left to quit living outside of our means, and save up any money we can. I’M TRYING KAREN!

Most of us have student loans that equal the price of a nice home. If we can get those damn things paid off, we will have more of a chance of becoming financially stable.

Don’t worry, Boo. I’m in the same boat you are in. We got this! We can prove everyone wrong, and get our financial situations under control. I have to believe it.

I know we are always looking for a way to make a little extra cash. Here is a way to make money while not touching your phone while driving.
