Typically when everyone is talking about a new show, it is usually a new series or movie on Netflix.

However, this time around, it’s a New Documentary on HBO that the world is talking about and quite frankly, it’s leaving everyone shocked.

The New Documentary The World is Talking About

Earlier this year, Leaving Neverland, aired at Sundance Festival in Park City, Utah last month.

It was deemed so shocking, that trained professionals were on hand at the premiere for audience members.

Police officers were stationed outside the Egyptian Theatre in case of protesters, and health care professionals were on hand in the lobby for audience members who could be triggered by the film’s graphic descriptions of sexual abuse involving minors.

I don’t ever remember hearing of something like this happening before even when the Netflix documentary aired regarding parents that allowed their daughter to be sexually abused by a neighbor.

Leaving Neverland is a documentary which included new allegations of sexual assault on minors by pop star Michael Jackson.

The documentary is described as:

“At the height of his stardom, Michael Jackson began long-running relationships with two boys, aged 7 and 10, and their families. Now in their 30s, they tell the story of how they were sexually abused by Jackson.”

“Neverland” centers on accusers Wade Robson, 36, and James Safechuck, 40, who allege that Jackson began sexually abusing them at ages 7 and 10, respectively.

At the time, both boys were diehard fans with entertainment aspirations of their own: Robson, who went on to choreograph for Britney Spears and ‘N Sync as an adult, met Jackson after winning a dance contest during the singer’s 1987 Bad tour in Australia.

Safechuck, a child actor, appeared with Jackson that same year in a Pepsi commercial and says he began to hang out regularly with the star in Los Angeles.

After the movie premiered on HBO in the US March 3rd and 4th, people have been up in roar online.

People aren’t sure what believe. In fact, many are saying that the documentary left out key details or didn’t add up. Check out the tweets below:

Singer Drake took a very different approach. Following the announcement that radio stations worldwide were boycotting Michael Jackson’s music, Drake has removed ‘Don’t Matter To Me’ from his Assassination Vacation set list.

Crazy, right?

It seems that people are not sure what to feel about the documentary and this is certainly leaving people shocked, confused and torn.
