The Alt National Park Service is the ones giving away the free seed packs because they want to help the bee and butterfly population.

According to their website:

“Due to the importance of pollinators in our changing climate, we are taking the initiative to help restore bee and butterfly populations by offering free Black-Eyed Susan and Butterfly Milkweed seed packs.”

All you need to do is head over to the Alt National Park Service Website and fill out the form telling them where to send your free flower seeds.

You also need to select which seeds you’d rather receive: Black-Eyed Susan and Butterfly Milkweed seed packs.

The fine print says:

Free seed packs are only available within the U.S. We will only ship one kit per household, please don’t fill out the form multiple times. Please confirm your address before submitting the form above. Entries with incorrect information will not be mailed out.

Then, keep an eye on your mailbox and when you get your seeds, plant them to do your part to help the butterflies and bees!
