For me, a huge part of being more healthy is planning my meals…I’m like the queen of just making whatever and not knowing if it’s really healthy or not. But I REALLY want to be healthier. To help me get on top of this and plan healthier meals for my family, I’m using a free printable weekly meal planner.
To help me, I’m totally also using this fitness planner which has everything I need to kick my bad habits and start fresh in 2015! But to make my meal-planning so much easier, I’m beginning with the weekly meal planner.
