Hold on to your crazy dancing hats, because iCarly is returning to episodic television, and I can’t wait to introduce my kids to the fun!!

The last episode of iCarly appeared on Nickelodeon way back in 2012, when my oldest was only 5 years old, so she is now the PERFECT age to enjoy one of the original influencers herself, Carly Shay.

You remember the plot, right? The iCarly webcast is started after a fateful school talent show. Carly and her best friend, Sam, are recorded, unbeknownst to them, and their act is put up on the internet.

People LOVE the duo — their chemistry together and their funny banter — and clammor for even more. Thus begins the iCarly webseries, where Carly and her friends must juggle “real life,” while coming up with content to fill the webshow.

This NEW iCarly reboot will appear on Paramount+, which is currently CBS All Access streaming service.

Miranda Cosgrove, who played Carly, will return for the reboot, as will Spencer (Jerry Trainor) and Freddie (Nathan Kress). There is no word on whether Sam or Gibby will return — but it won’t be the same without them!

There is also no word on the plot of the series yet, but I’m very curious to find out what they plan to do with the characters. I mean, SIX years have passed since the finale, so the “kids” are in a whole new age bracket!!

CBS All Access is set to finish its rebranding to Paramount+ in early 2021. I can’t WAIT, because with this new rebranding comes a pretty amazing lineup.

Their is a Grease spinnoff headed our way, plus a Flashdance reboot. But, that is not even CLOSE to being the end of it!! There is going to be a series about the making of The Godfather, as well as a SpongeBob SquarePants spinoff.

Don’t worry, all the current CBS All Access franchises, like The Twilight Zone and Star Trek, will still be available for streaming.

Y’all. The Stand is also on it’s way to CBS All Access, and I’m freaking Giddy!! Are you prepared to watch?
