Here’s How Kayne West Responded to Kim’s Divorce Filing

By now the world has heard about Kim and Kayne’s divorce and if you are following along, it’s been an interesting series of events.

But one thing that has remained a mystery is exactly what is going through Kayne’s mind because he hasn’t made a single statement since his divorce went public last month.

And now, it looks like he’s FINALLY said something at least when it comes to legally… Kayne West has a response to the divorce filings. Here’s what he had to say…

According to court documents, Kayne is seeking joint legal custody of the couples 4 kids including daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, who will turn 2 in May.

In addition, Kayne is asking for the court’s right to award spousal support for either person to be terminated, the filing says.

It’s no surprise they both are well-off financially and have their own success so I am pretty sure either of them don’t need spousal support.

I mean, Kim is now considered a billionaire so, there’s that.

The good news is, Kim Kardashian had previously asked the judge for the same arrangement in regards to custody in her February 19 filing so it looks like they agree on that.

In the filings, Kanyes’s legal counsel lists “irreconcilable differences” as the couple’s reason for divorce, though a date of separation is not given.

Overall, it seems like things are pretty straightforward and smooth sailing (as much as a divorce could be).
