You Can Rent A Mansion Complete With It’s Own Lazy River and I’m Packing My Bags
There is an Airbnb in Arizona, and you are going to want to grab your planner and map out a road trip with 13 of your closest besties.
This place is HELLA cool — we’re talking about 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms worth of “hell yeah!”
The bedrooms aren’t even the best part — although there are 3 rooms with KING size beds, 2 rooms with QUEEN size beds, and 2 rooms with both a single bed and a bunk bed.
This house has been dubbed “The Pool House,” because the property has the #1 top rated pool in Scottsdale.
Let me just tell you all about this pool — or “pools,” depending on how you look at it.
Over half a million dollars was spent on the resort style pool area to create a one-of-a-kind showpiece.
Airbnb
“The Pool House” boasts one of the BIGGEST private residential pools in the entire state of Arizona.
The main pool — which could actually be TWO pools — covers what you think would be a large section of the backyard, but this backyard is massive.
I’ll get to that in a minute.
The pool is surrounded by rock formations, waterfalls, and gorgeous palm trees that tower overhead.
Of course, there is your obligatory hot tub, which goes along with ALL awesome pools, but this puppy is only but a portion of the entire backyard oasis.
Also attached to the pool is a — wait for it — freakin’ lazy river!! I just may get in and never ever leave.
This lazy river is connected to the large pool like a large horse shoe, and it has gorgeous walkways and bridges around it — or over it, as the case may be.
I haven’t even breached the total of what all is included in just the BACKYARD of this Airbnb home — Oh nay, nay!
There is a basketball court, a driving range, a Putt-Putt style golf area, a legit shuffleboard area, and a giant version of Connect Four.
Hold on, I’m not done with the backyard yet. There is also a brick fire pit, surrounded by loads of comfy chairs, hanging hammocks, a covered back patio that has a tiled bar / food prep area, huge stainless steel grill, and of course, ceiling fans (It IS Arizona, afterall).
I mean, you could take a whole week’s vacation, and never even leave the backyard!!
Let’s talk about the main house.
There is an enormous kitchen that I could just live in forever. This kitchen has granite and stainless steel as far as the eye can see.
In the dining room there is a big banquet-style table that seats 14 people — how cool would dinners be if EVERYONE could eat at the same table at the same time?!?
Don’t worry, not ALL the tables are this fancy. They also have smaller breakfast tables that are nice and cozy.
They have a gameroom INSIDE the house that has air hockey, a poker table, foosball, the biggest TV I’ve ever seen, and a kitchenette / bar area to make cool adult refreshments.
The bedrooms are gigantic — especially the king-size master bedroom, with the GIANT windows — I call dibs!!
This Airbnb house also has a full-size laundry room, complete with a large washer and dryer, and plenty of counter space for folding.
Yeah, right, like I’m going to fold clothes on vacation!! Ha!!
Oh, don’t worry, there are PLENTY of amenities that I didn’t even get to — they will be fun to find once you get there!
When you book your reservation you will receive a dedicated guest concierge who will be happy to assist you prior to your arrival. During your stay your guest concierge will be available 24/7 to help assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
Airbnb
You might have to road trip just a bit to get there, it’s halfway across the country for me, but I hear Scottsdale, Arizona is beautiful this time of year.
Now, don’t freak out when I tell you the price. Remember, you are taking 13 people with you — you can split the cost.
This Airbnb — complete with basically a waterpark and outdoor sports attached — clocks in at about $2,300 per night.
Breathe. I know, I know, that is steep. But, that’s only $180 per person per night — about as cheap as a hotel.
In case there was any question that this place is A-mazing, with 30 reviews, this house gets a 5 out of 5 stars.
You can book “The Pool House” right on the Airbnb website, and I’ll be expecting my invitation.
