People Are Losing It Over The Death In ‘Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer’

So, I have seen Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer plenty of times. And other than the blatant fact that the poor little reindeer was bullied and used, I never saw any other…creepy details. But now people have spotted one.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Viewers have finally come upon this interesting detail in the movie. Whether or not it was intentional, we may never know. But a character died. Yeah.

You will find that towards the end of the movie, there is an elf discarding the misfit toys from Santa’s sleigh. One of the toys was a bird toy that couldn’t fly. He was a bath time toy. And he got thrown 10,000 feet into the air…

People have taken to social media to share this morbid detail and it’s both hilarious and slightly sad.

So there’s a good chance this poor little bird plummeted to it’s death instead of becoming a little kid’s new toy. Let’s hope the elf knew he couldn’t fly and sprinkled some magic on him first.

I really want the director to come forwards with some sort of statement to give us some closure here, or I may have some childhood trauma rising up inside of me.

Maybe he landed in water…or figured out flying. Poor guy. And I just bought this on DVD for my son…

I can’t unsee this scene now and I don’t know what to do about it. My heart hurts for this poor fictional animal toy.

Maybe another toy caught him on the way down. I don’t know. I’m going to try to stay positive here. I’d love to hear anymore positive theories below or an explanation to this madness.

  1. You’re actually the elf in disguise, aren’t you?

  2. Give me a break on this story. Really. It is not even a real show.
