Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Just Signed A $100 Million Deal With Netflix
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have gone Hollywood, y’all.
They have started a production company, and one of their first deals was to sign a multi-year deal with Netflix. Go big, or go home, AMIRITE?!?
If you are thinking, “What the heck are they going to produce?” That was my first thought, too.
They are going to produce a whole plethora of programming, from children’s programming, to documentaries, to feature films, to even scripted shows. Basically, their production company is going to do it ALL!
They are in good company at Netflix. The streaming giant has come out with so much good Netflix original programming as of late! Seriously, if you are wanting to binge watch a good show, all you have to do is hit up the Netflix Originals section on the Netflix app.
Harry and Meghan’s deal with Netflix is reportedly going to be worth $100 Million, and I want to know how I can get in on that! Right?
They are looking to use their influence and new production company to bring us programming that will make a difference, bring awareness, encourage, and give hope.
“Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope,” the couple said in a statement. “As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us.”

This isn’t a ploy to get Meghan back in front of the camera. She actually has no plans to be on camera at all, but instead, she is going to be a strong force behind the scenes.

According to the NY Times, Harry and Meghan already have an animated series in the works. This series is about empowering young woman, but there is no word on whether this series is going to be included as part of the deal with Netflix.
