Disney Just Announced ‘Sister Act 3’ Is Coming To Disney+
Thanks to Disney’s Investor Day which is low key a Christmas miracle, fans can now be excited for Whoopie Goldberg to return as Delores in the Sister Act 3!
During the presentation Disney+ has confirmed that the Sister Act 3 is officially in development and will premiere on Disney+!
In addition to Ms. Whoopie Goldberg coming back to set, Tyler Perry will also be producing the film as well.
“Sister Act 3 is in development! Microphone @WhoopiGoldberg returns to star and produce, with @TylerPerry as producer as well. Sister Act 3 will premiere on @DisneyPlus,” tweeted Disney+.

Leave it up to Whoopie Goldberg to get things done as she previously talked about the possibility of a third film of the Sister Act while on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’!
Dreams really do come true!
As fans of the Sister Act 1 and 2 have many connecting characters between both films, it would be even more exciting to see many of the same characters on set of the third film!
For now, we’ll just have to wait and see for a further announcement of the exact release date for the Sister Act 3 and which actors/actresses will be returning!
