Let me preface this by saying that I am NOT a scary movie person. At all. So the fact that I’m saying this, says a lot.

When the Fear Street trilogy started on Netflix, I passed by it a few times, before finally clicking the play button. And Fear Street: 1994 EXCEEDED my expectations in every possible way!

So the DAY part two came out, I was glued to my screen…well, as soon as I could get my kids occupied. And I was not disappointed whatsoever.

First of all, I love that this trilogy is going backwards. It started in 1994, and is now letting us peak into the life of the last victim who lived, in 1978. I’m always for backstories.

Now, I will say that this episode had even more gore and suspense than the first one. It kind of gave me a headache at the amount of cringe that was going on. But the storyline makes it 100% worth it in my opinion.

The third and final film is releasing next week and is set in 1666. We get to see where the initial witch, Sarah Feir started it all and I can’t wait to watch it! This has put me in the perfect mood for Halloween!
