Snoop Dogg Plays A Doberman Pinscher in a New Petco Ad and We Are Here For It

Snoop Dogg proves he can do more than just sing.

In an effort to promote pet health, Snoop Dogg has played the human version of a Doberman Pinscher in a recent campaign ad for Petco.

The video, which is part of Petco’s “It’s What We’d Want If We Were Pets” campaign shows Snoop having the characteristics of a Doberman Pinscher while still playing is human self.

Although this isn’t the first time Petco has had actors imagine what their dog might say if they were human. 

And it looks like Petco was even inspired by Snoop Dogg’s song “Who am I?”, which was released years ago when he morphed into a Doberman for his debut album “Doggystyle.” 

While playing a Doberman Pinscher in Petco’s new ad, Snoop Dogg wonders why he feel so healthy and thinks maybe Petco has something to do with it before getting distracted by a bird.

“In the film, Snoop’s familiar pet persona is the epitome of health thanks to the high-quality – yet wallet-friendly – nutrition, supplies and care he gets from Petco, says the company in a recent press release.”

Alongside the new ad, Snoop has also revealed his choice of Petco picks to keep his dogs happy and healthy, as well as launching his line of dog products dubbed “Snoop Doggie Doggs” to Petco stores!

Petco shoppers can expect Snoop Dogg’s line of dogs products to release nationwide to Petco stores come August and can also click the link to visit Snoop Doggie Doggs’ website.

“When it comes to shopping for my pets, I choose stuff for them I’d choose for myself,” Snoop said in a Petco press release. “My pets gotta look good, feel good, smell good, but it’s hard to know how to keep our pets healthy and happy when they can’t tell us what they need.”
