Taco Bell’s Is Releasing A Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco and I Am So Excited
What’s fluffy like a bun, but folded like a soft taco?
Taco Bell’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich that’s what.

The tests are over and the results are finally in and it’s safe to say that Taco Bell’s crispy chicken sandwich taco is very well liked, prolonging the chicken wars between fast food eateries.

Is it better than Wendy’s and does it exceed McDonalds sandwich or does it fall short with Popeyes classic chicken sandwich on a bun?

Luckily, the crispy chicken sandwich taco is making its way to all Taco Bell chains nationwide so we can all decide which chicken sandwich is finally the most elite.

Pretty soon, we’ll all get to sink our teeth into the new chicken sandwich, I mean taco, no wait, I mean both!

So if you’re confused on whether or not the new meal is considered a sandwich or a taco, Taco Bell decided to flip the script on the traditional chicken sandwich and combine it with what they know how to make best, and that’s tacos!

Surrounded by a soft and warm flatbread flavored with Taco Bell’s signature chipotle sauce, the “sandtaco” (see what I did there), features all-white crispy chicken marinated in jalapeño buttermilk, seasoned with Mexican spices, and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating for that extra crunch everyone seems to crave!

You can order it regular or spicy with crunchy jalapeño slices for those who still can’t feel the heat for $2.49 or in a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Box for $5.49 including a Beefy 5-layer Burrito, Crunchy Taco, and a medium fountain drink.

As a matter of fact, to determine once and for all if Taco Bell’s new creation is a taco or a sandwich, Taco Bell enlisted two college debate teams from the University of Georgia and Clemson University to have food for thought.

The Great Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco Debate airs on September 4th on ABC at 7:30 p.m. ET, just two days after the new launch; so, are you ‘Team it’s a Sandwich’ or ‘Team it’s a Taco’?
