The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have named their new baby Prince Louis Arthur Charles.
The names honor both the Prince’s grandfather, Prince Charles, and Louis Mountbatten, the Duke of Edinburgh’s mentor who was killed by an IRA bomb in 1979.
I will say, it is so much cuter than the first name that was leaked. Earlier this week there seemed to be a leak online and it was said they were going to name their child Prince Albert!
After seeing so much feedback on how the name resembles that of a male genital piercing, I am so glad for that kid that he was named something else entirely. LOL.
I think we can all agree the new and OFFICIAL name is adorable and the meaning behind it is even better.
I wish the cute royal family such love and happiness for years to come!
