And the Winner!!
The Winner is MEREDITH MCDERMOTT!! CONGRATS MEREDITH!
In case you missed my post on Friday, this is Elana Johnson’s launch week! And to celebrate, of course we’re giving stuff away!

I’ve teamed up with some awesome writer/bloggers and here’s what we have in store for you:
And today *I’m* hosting the giveaway for two–yes, TWO–of those signed copies. Here’s how this works.
Leave a comment on this blog post by 11:59 pm, PDT today, and you’re entered to win a signed copy of POSSESSION. If you aren’t sure what to say, you could answer this question: What is the one luxury you would refuse to give up if the government tried to ban it and take it away? I’ll post the winner on Friday, June 10th.

BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE: We’re giving away ANOTHER signed copy of POSSESSION on Twitter! Sometime today (probably, say, between 9:00 and 10:00 pm, MST) I’m going to hop on over to Twitter, and I’m going to be looking for people who are using the hashtag: #taggedPOSSESSION. If I happen to see YOU using the hashtag, you might win! And it can’t hurt to use the hashtag all day, yanno 😉

Meanwhile…if you’re still not fully aware of how awesome this book is, here’s a little Jamietastic video I did for it… (And ask yourselves this–would I humiliate myself like this if I didn’t REALLY love the book?)

Good luck in the contest!

  2. Modern technology. Without the internet, computers, telephones, television…HOLY TECH OVERLOAD by just thinking about it!

Thanks for hosting this contest! It’s made this week incredibly fun. And Possession is absolutely FANTASTIC.

  3. One luxury that would be difficult to give up is the internet. I do so many things with the internet (researching, communicating with family/friends, downloading music and books, etc.)!

  4. I love books and couldn’t live without them but i couldn’t live without music even more.

  5. My children. If the government ever tried to take them away or say I couldn’t have them, well, that’s like signing their own death warrant. Just sayin’. 🙂

  6. Oh, tough choices! I would like to say books, but as much as I NEED my books, I need internet more. I don’t get out of the house often since my husband works two full time jobs and we only have one vehicle. Most of the time (all weekdays) I am stuck at the house. I’d die without the internet!

  7. I couldn’t live without my books either if they got banned. I would probably have to have like an underground bookswap or something…lol.

  8. I definitely can’t live without books….so scary to even contemplate!!

  13. Yay! Congrats Elana on your Possession…I mean, not that your possessed, or are possessive, are you? Maybe you are. Doesn’t matter. Can’t wait to read it!

My luxury item I could not do without–Cookies, ice cream, pie, Oh my!

  14. My freedom…more specific?? My religion. I do not think that I could be happy at all if I didn’t have the drive following someone(or something) gives me. Thank you for the oppertunity!

  15. Family excluded it’s a tie between air conditioning, my iPhone and books! Narrow it down, my iPhone. I can read on it. Just have to figure out a fan app!

  16. I can live without anything, except for books. Even if it is a luxury reading books when you have a whole list of things to do -I can’t deny it myself. That, and my migraine pills, two things I can’t live without. Still, books come first 😛 And I’d love winning one more 🙂
