I Tried The New Starbucks Apple Crisp Macchiato So You Don’t Have To

Ahhh, Starbucks launch day. The magical day where all the new items are released!

I think it’s safe to say we were all a but excited for the release of the Pumpkin Spice Latte. But what about the new flavor?

Starbucks released a brand new drink today, the Apple Crisp Macchiato, complete with a brand new apple flavored syrup! So, of course I had to try it right away!

Now disclaimer here, I’m already not a huge apple fan. But the thought of apple with coffee just made my stomach churn a little.

Although it wasn’t as bad as I pictured in my head, it wasn’t exciting at all. The apple syrup and the drizzle are super subtle.

I, for one, won’t be ordering this again. Maybe if you mix the apple with the pumpkin or another flavor, it’ll be more exciting. But this new launch drink was a bit of a bore to me. Better luck next time.
