You know what is more magical than chocolate? Unicorn Chocolate or I mean, Unicorn Bark! If you need a sweet treat that is colorful too, you’ll enjoy this!

I don’t know about you but I love Unicorns. So much, I’ve dedicated a bathroom in my home to all things magical and unicorns. Totally guilty of that!

I guess for me, since I am a boy mom currently, I live through the fantasy that one day I may have a daughter. One day, I’ll know what it’s like to dress her up in pink, purple and mint and hope she loves unicorns too.

Hey, maybe she’ll love Unicorns so much she’ll want regular Unicorn parties thrown, maybe even Unicorn birthday parties every year!

Until then, I will enjoy my Unicorn themed treats all to myself…

What you need to Make Magical Unicorn Bark:

How to make Magical Unicorn Bark:

First, start by pouring the bright white candy melts into a microwaveable safe dish.

Next, heat in the microwave for 30 second increments, stirring until melted. You want to be careful not to burn the chocolate or it will not be usable. Once melted, let cool a few minutes and pour the melted chocolate out onto the parchment paper. Use the back of the spoon to evenly spread the melted chocolate.

Pour half of the bright pink candy melts into a microwave safe dish and heat in 30 second increments, sitting until melted. Let cool a few minutes and place a few scoops on top of the white chocolate. Use a butter knife to swirl the bright pink chocolate through the white chocolate.

Sprinkle with multi-colored non-pareils and add the Unicorn icing decorations.

Let the chocolate bark set. To speed up the setting process, place the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer.

Once the chocolate has set, carefully break the bark into pieces using your hands or the backside of a spoon.

Serve up and enjoy! These can be stored in a cool/dry place for up to a week.
