The cup is handmade by the etsy shop YvetteCreations.
According to the listing, this cup is an actual 24 oz. Starbucks cold cup that comes with a reusable straw (the ones pictures are the new ones out this year).
The Buddy The Elf decorations are then applied in layers with Oracle 651 permanent adhesive vinyl.
