Amazon Prime Day Is Almost Here! Here Are Some Tips For Shopping The Deals

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Well, for deals that is! It’s almost Amazon Prime Day and I am so excited! Are you ready? Prime Day was originally supposed to be back in July, but ya know… the whole pandemic thing…

Anyhow, it was rescheduled to start on Tuesday, October 13th, and will run through Wednesday, October 14th. That is 2 days of deals! There will be discounts on over 1 million items!

I’m not quite sure if Prime Day will be as crazy as it normally is with so many struggling right now, or if it will be busier than normal because people are bargain hunting more. I’m curious to see how that all plays out.

The outlook is clouded, with uncertainty pivoting on Covid-19 infection rates.

The best way to shop Amazon Prime Day is by using the Amazon app! Also, go ahead and create a wishlist of things you are wanting to get. You never know, they may end up being on sale and this way Amazon can alert you that it is a part of Prime Day!

You need to be able to scroll through and watch the upcoming deals using the app. When you come across a deal that you are interested in, click to watch the item. This will let you get a notification when the price drops meaning the deal is live.

Once the deal is live you need to add it to your cart, this is another reason you will want to use the Amazon app. If you are out and about you won’t miss it.

Once the deal is in your cart you then have 15 minutes to decide if you want to follow through and buy it. If you are not sure of an item, add it and then think about it. Those lightning deals can sell out so quickly.
