A Body Was Found At Lake Piru And It Is Presumed To Be Naya Rivera
There is sad news out of California today. A body has been found at Lake Piru, where Glee actress, Naya Rivera went missing on Wednesday.
Naya had gone to the lake on Wednesday, and rented a pontoon boat with her 4-year-old son. He was found about three hours later, sleeping in the boat by himself.
He told authorities that he and his mom had gone swimming, but his mom never got back up into the boat when he did. The boy was wearing a life vest, and there was an adult life vest in the boat.
A 9-1-1 call was placed, and the child was taken into care. He is reportedly not injured.
Authorities have been searching the lake since Naya disappeared on Wednesday. They have had trouble, because the water has been so murky and polluted with debris.
Her family later joined the search, including her parents, her brother, and ex-husband, Ryan Dorsey.
The body that was found has yet to be officially identified, but it is presumed to be that of Naya Rivera.
This is terribly sad news, but at least it gives closure to the family. I can’t imagine what they have been going through.
Celebrities and fans have been flooding social media with prayers and well wishes, since it was announced that Naya had gone missing.
