Deadpool 3 Is Officially Going To Be In MCU and Will Be R-Rated!

OMG Yes!!

My husband and I recently watch Deadpool and Deadpool 2. After that, we began discussing the fate of future Deadpool movies, after all, Disney now owns the rights.

So, we were worried that Disney would get rid of that R rating making Deadpool something or someone else.

But now we have confirmation that is NOT HAPPENING! Deadpool 3 Is Officially Going To Be In MCU and Will Be R-Rated!!

Again, this is HUGE. Deadpool is not meant to be for kids and I am entirely okay with that.

I love having a sarcastic, a-hole superhero show that is just for us adults.

Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige has confirmed Deadpool’s next movie will be rated R!!

This announcement came from Collider and it was there the producer opened up about Deadpool 3 where he confirmed that Ryan Reynolds is helping oversee the script.

We know all Ryan won’t let them ruin his iconic character so I am really excited for the next movie!!

“It will be rated R and we are working on a script right now, and Ryan’s overseeing a script right now,” Feige shared.

So, when will the new Deadpool film begin filming? Well, it doesn’t look like any time real soon.

“It will not be [filming] this year. Ryan is a very busy, very successful actor. We’ve got a number of things we’ve already announced that we now have to make, but it’s exciting for it to have begun. Again, a very different type of character in the MCU, and Ryan is a force of nature, which is just awesome to see him bring that character to life.”
