Denny’s Is Selling A Bright Blue Breakfast Sandwich On Halloween In Honor Of The Blue Moon!

If you recall, there will be a blue moon on Halloween night and I mean, how could you forget since it’s the first full blue moon since 1944!

In honor of the blue moon illuminating the night sky on spooky night, Denny’s has created a bright blue breakfast sandwich that might even make your tongue blue…

Coincidentally, the popular food chain is turning their ‘Moons Over My Hammy’ sandwich into a brighter blue color since you know, this sandwich is practically made to represent a full moon because of its name!

The original sandwich features ham, scrambled egg, Swiss cheese, and American cheese, while the repurposed blue moon edition will include everything the OG sandwich has plus bright blue sourdough bread.

However, the bright blue version of this sandwich will exclusively be offered on October 31st in only 20 restaurants in the Miami-Dade area as a tribute to the 1935 song, ‘Moon Over Miami”, which inspired the sandwich on Denny’s menu.

Keep in mind that the sandwich only remains while supplies last and for dine-in orders only.

It looks like I’ll be taking a day trip to the Miami-Dade area on Halloween.
